Guillermo del Toro is now my favorite director, this film is so incredible in its cinematic accomplishments it deserves a place in my DVD collection. This film is a fine a example of what a good director can make when they now what there doing. Wow this film is like a living graphic novel, the characters are very interesting and you care about them and invested in them. Good writing is the best special effect of all and it is something special when everything comes together. The thing I like about del Toro is that he continues to get better with every film he makes. I think it is particulalry cool that he makes his films old school no extensive CGI just straight filmmaking... I'm looking forward to Hellboy III

WALL-E Review
This movie has already won the oscar for best picture and here is why, good story good characters and breathtaking special effects. This was a ballsy film for Pixar to make but considering their consistancy they have hit yet another home run. I enjoyed Cars and Toy Story this film is a welcome departure from the deadly serious and mature films currently out today. Wall-E is dare I say it an art film that is really entertaining and unlike an art film dosent become overly pretnetious in its message good job Pixar.

Wanted Review
This film had a really cool trailer but would have been great if it could decide what is was about. I didnt like its approach to violence as a shock gimmick. I think if the film were made in Asia it would have been very different. I think Takashi Miike or John Woo would have done a better job directing. I loved the tantilizing shot of Angelina Jole's assets but her role on the film was criminally underused much better than Hancock but no where near as engaging as Wall-E

Hancock Review
Yesterday I saw Hancock and I must say it is not the worst Will Smith movie I've ever seen but it is not even worth a rental. The problem I had with this film is that it had a cool premise but the story devolved into a 3rd act mess. It started off as a PR campign to help Hancock then went way off-course in towards the end. Avoid this one at all costs
